Editorial Standards
Effective and last reviewed
How we report, verify, attribute and correct the journalism we publish.
Accuracy and verification
Every factual claim must be traceable to a named source, a public filing, an official statistical release, or the publication's own market data.
Where a figure is estimated or modelled, we say so in the text.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made by the newsroom alone. No advertiser, sponsor or commercial partner receives advance review of editorial content.
Sourcing
We prefer named, on-the-record sources. Anonymity is granted only where there is a clear public interest and a real risk to the source.
Labelling
Opinion is labelled Opinion. Analysis is labelled Analysis. Commercial content is labelled Sponsored, Issuer Paid, Partner Content or Affiliate Content above the headline.
