Its equity-related holdings can include convertible and preferred shares, income trust units, single-issuer equity options, contingent-capital securities, and warrants. For fixed income, the fund considers hybrid securities, along with subordinated and senior debt obligations. The fund manager expects to dedicate the majority of the net assets to a specific allocation: 70% in Equity Covered Call ETFs, 20% in Fixed Income ETFs, and 10% in Split Preferred Shares.
