The core aim of this fund is to generate capital appreciation using a diversified, multi-asset strategy that spreads investments across global equity and fixed income markets. It primarily allocates capital to exchange-traded funds offered by Fidelity, with an initial target allocation of 85% in equity ETFs and 15% in actively managed bond ETFs. Due to this significant emphasis on stocks, FGRO is considered an aggressively positioned investment. The portfolio's asset allocation is reviewed and adjusted annually. Additionally, if the allocation shifts by more than 5% from its original targets between these yearly reviews, an extraordinary rebalance will be triggered. This special adjustment will not be instantaneous but will be executed shortly after the threshold is met. Consequently, investors should expect a higher level of portfolio turnover as a result of the fund's active rebalancing approach.
