About Harvest Alphabet Enhanced High Income Shares ETF Trust Unit A
The fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation on a levered basis in Alphabet (GOOG) stock and high monthly cash distributions. The actively managed ETF invests all its assets in GOOG shares, a mega-cap information technology company that owns and operates many of the worlds top social media brands, among other products and services. It also employs an active covered call strategy on up to 50% of the portfolio. The strategy aims to participate in the long-term growth of the company in exchange for monthly income. The income generated helps to cushion the potential downside performance of the shares. Investors are subject to the downside risks of the single stock exposure in a volatile stock. The fund may invest up to 100% of its assets directly or indirectly in GOOG stocks and could apply leverage of up to around 25%. The covered call strategy is reviewed monthly to ensure cash flow sustainability.
