About Brompton Global Healthcare Income & Growth ETF

This actively managed fund aims to provide consistent monthly income, capital appreciation, and reduced volatility. It achieves these goals by investing in a concentrated portfolio of 15 to 30 large, international healthcare companies that exhibit both strong value and growth characteristics. Companies are rigorously assessed beyond their market capitalization, with a focus on their valuation, growth prospects, profitability, liquidity, balance sheet strength, and dividend yield. Up to a quarter of the fund's assets may also be allocated to other healthcare-related businesses, provided they meet specific size requirements. To further enhance returns and temper overall portfolio risk, the fund manager strategically sells call options. This particular fund is an unhedged counterpart to HIG, with its units traded in U.S. dollars.
