About Brompton Global Equity HighPay ETF
PAYG seeks to provide investors with high income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of leading global equity securities, across regions and sectors. The fund pursues an actively managed strategy, focusing on prominent global companies selected based on the payment of dividends and the ability to write covered call options against positions. The objective is to provide semi-monthly distributions. Portfolio construction considers factors such as market capitalization, liquidity, industry leadership, revenue diversity, growth prospects, profitability, and may also account for volatility and options market liquidity. Preference may be given to companies with American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) to enhance accessibility and trading efficiency. Holdings may either be held directly or synthetically through the use of derivatives. To pursue its objectives, PAYG will employ modest leverage, initially targeting approximately 25% of its net asset value.
