Maple coverage of SHL.V

Maple follows Homeland Nickel Inc. for readers who watch it. Add it to your watchlist to get the next piece.

  • Homeland Nickel Inc. (TSXV: SHL) said on September 17, 2026 that the United States Forest Service had accepted its plan of operation for a sonic drill programme at Red Flat, Oregon, and that environmental and cultural review was well underway, including completed fieldwork. The company hopes to drill in October. The same release was reissued the same day because its paid-promotion disclosure described a video interview with another company's chief executive.

  • Homeland Nickel has filed four Plans of Operations on its Red Flat and Cleopatra nickel laterite properties in Oregon and, the company says, the Forest Service has them in environmental review. The September approval dates in circulation appear on no agency page, the two Forest Service project records for the ground name a different applicant, and a 2016 federal withdrawal covering about 101,000 acres of the same two counties is absent from the discussion. The placement announced on August 27 had no closing release as at September 11, 2026.

  • Homeland Nickel Inc. (TSXV: SHL) closed unchanged at C$0.39 on September 4, 2026, six days before a non-brokered placement of up to 8,000,000 units at C$0.38 is due to close. The document that matters more is the August 24 agreement with RAB Capital, which swapped 10,000,000 shares and 2.5 per cent of Patriot Nickel for a 2 per cent royalty and C$15 million of milestones. The Patriot IPO the discussion prices has no date, exchange, size or valuation in any release, and the Cleopatra and Red Flat estimates remain unpublished 2009 figures.
