For medium and high-voltage needs, this division handles power activation, equipment installation, substation construction and upkeep, commissioning, power line maintenance, thermography, and transformer servicing. It also offers specialized engineering expertise, including power systems, protection and control, substation design, SCADA implementation, and arc flash analysis, complemented by fabrication and painting capabilities. Furthermore, this segment is involved in acquiring, reconditioning, and reselling pre-owned electrical equipment, as well as the sale and rental of power transformers and the distribution of medium voltage electrical switchgears. The Renewables segment focuses on the ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) of various green energy assets, such as wind, solar, battery energy storage, and electric vehicle infrastructure. Through its Sustainability Solutions segment, Spark Power Group assists clients with renewable energy credits, power purchase agreements (PPAs), a range of energy efficiency programs, sustainable energy procurement, and carbon footprint reduction strategies. Serving a diverse base of approximately 6,500 customers, the company caters to industrial, commercial, institutional, renewable, and agricultural sectors, alongside utility markets encompassing municipalities, universities, schools, and hospitals. Spark Power Group Inc. maintains its headquarters in Oakville, Canada.
