Westwin Agrees to Buy 20,000 Tonnes a Year From Red Flat

Homeland Nickel and Westwin Elements signed a binding offtake agreement on 28 September 2026 covering an estimated 20,000 tonnes of nickel concentrate a year from Red Flat, Oregon. Westwin will fund the bankable feasibility study, but only after reviewing a resource estimate and economic study Homeland expects to deliver in the first half of 2027. Red Flat's only resource figures are historical and cannot be relied on as current.
