Homeland Nickel Inc. (TSXV: SHL) closed unchanged at C$0.39 on September 4, 2026, six days before a non-brokered placement of up to 8,000,000 units at C$0.38 is due to close. The document that matters more is the August 24 agreement with RAB Capital, which swapped 10,000,000 shares and 2.5 per cent of Patriot Nickel for a 2 per cent royalty and C$15 million of milestones. The Patriot IPO the discussion prices has no date, exchange, size or valuation in any release, and the Cleopatra and Red Flat estimates remain unpublished 2009 figures.
